As part of the extensive remodel of the Historic Elks Lodge, many different sized spaces will be available for lease starting in the Spring/Summer of 2018. All spaces have tall ceilings; ranging in height from 14-20 feet. All spaces have large, new windows, new doors, new mechanical and electrical systems, and access to new bathrooms. Directly adjacent to the brewpub is a 3200 SF commercial space with brand new storefront and transom windows, creating a light-filled street level space with high visibility. There are three door entry points into the space; one directly from Shoshone Street, one directly from Second Avenue, and one from the shared main lobby area located off Shoshone Street. This space can be rented as a 3200 SF space, or can be combined with the 3800 SF space below.
