The Historic Elks lodge, a timeless building in the heart of Twin Falls, is an exciting part of the ongoing revitalization of the downtown area. At Summit Creek Capital, we are proud to be a part of evolving this iconic building into a core cultural space. This project takes the legacy of the Elks and turns it into a center of vitality for the community.

Space Available for Lease

Many different sized spaces will be available for lease starting in the Spring/Summer of 2018. All units have tall ceilings ranging in height from 14-20 feet; large, new windows; new doors; new mechanical and electrical systems; and access to new bathrooms.

Brew Pub

A new 11,000 square foot restaurant/brewery operated by Tom Nickel, the owner and operator of Elevation 486 in Twin Falls, is coming to the lower level of the property. The restaurant will feature locally brewed beer, a bar, a separate dining area, and a private event room.

The Elks Lodge: A History

Constructed in 1922, the Historic Elks Lodge Building was originally commissioned by the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks as a magnificent five-story structure with an anticipated budget of $300,000.
